What does LMICS offer consumers, their carers & the community?

LMICS offers consumers, their carers & the community:

• improved cancer services delivery,
• enhanced healthcare experiences during their cancer journey, and
• the opportunity - via membership of a Consumer Advisory Group – for active involvement in shaping cancer service delivery across the region.

LMICS also co-ordinates a series of educational programs for consumers and their carers across the region. These include programs offered in conjunction with Cancer Council Victoria (CCV). There is an annual calendar of Consumer Programs available from LMICS.

LMICS also maintains a website for consumers, their carers and the wider community. This website offers:

• information on the types of cancer support available to consumers and their carers, and
• access to the Loddon Mallee Cancer Support Directory (the same directory as is accessed from this site).
